It adopts a fully enclosed dust-free workshop and an intelligent integrated system to achieve full-process automated production from raw materials to finished products. The core equipment includes high-precision twin-screw extruders, liquid silicone rubber injection molding machines and vacuum vulcanization equipment. It can precisely control the mixing ratio of silicone rubber raw materials and the molding temperature, ensuring that the product surface is smooth and flawless, and the Shore hardness error is controlled within ±1HA.The production line adopts a modular design and covers six core processes: raw material pretreatment, mold injection molding, vibration motor assembly, circuit integration, sealing inspection and appearance quality inspection. Among them, for key processes such as the sealing performance testing stage, the introduction of helium mass spectrometry leak detectors and IPX7-level waterproof testing equipment can achieve 100% full inspection of the products.
